What we collect
We collect the gifter’s name, email and phone number, plus the recipient details, preferences, birthday, relationship, occasion and delivery information provided in a gift request.
How we use it
We use this information only to review the request, curate an appropriate gift, coordinate with the gifter or recipient, arrange delivery, provide service updates and maintain an operational record.
Recipient information
Only share recipient contact details when you have a legitimate reason to do so. We contact recipients only when you request recipient delivery coordination.
Storage and retention
Request information is restricted to authorized ZODIII administrators. Completed or cancelled requests are retained for up to 12 months for customer service and operational records, unless a longer period is required for a transaction or legal obligation.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share only the information necessary with delivery or fulfillment partners when a gift is approved.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your request information by replying to a ZODIII email or contacting the address published on our website. Some records may be retained where required for completed transactions.
Security
We use restricted administration access, encrypted website connections, prepared database queries and operational access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
